Ramesh Jadhav
The Beginning
Ramesh's parents are daily wage labourers in a small tribal village near Mangaon. His education remained uncertain due to limited facilities and the difficulty of daily travel to school.
Life at the SVD Hostel
Admitted to the Sarva Vikas Deep Hostel, Ramesh found a safe place to stay, regular meals, and a supportive environment. Though initially shy, encouragement from hostel staff helped him slowly open up.
Growth & Confidence
Ramesh developed disciplined study habits and received academic guidance that improved his school performance. Participation in sports and group activities helped him build lasting friendships and confidence.
Where He Is Today
Ramesh completed his schooling successfully and is now pursuing a technical diploma course, determined to secure stable employment and support his family.
Ajay Pawar
The Beginning
Ajay grew up in a village where opportunities were very limited. His father works as a farm labourer, and there was a real possibility he might have to stop his education early due to financial hardship.
Life at the SVD Hostel
Through SVD's support, Ajay stayed at the hostel and continued his studies. The stable environment, proper nutrition, and regular study time helped him focus on his education fully.
Finding His Confidence
Always hardworking but lacking confidence, Ajay received encouragement from mentors who motivated him to believe in his abilities. He began participating in school activities, improving communication skills, and performing well in examinations.
Where He Is Today
Ajay completed his schooling and is now pursuing higher studies with the goal of becoming a teacher. He stands as a living example for boys in his village — proof that the right support changes everything.
